Return Policy


Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

As soon as you check your order and realize an issue, contact us ASAP. Photo evidence is required. Change of mind and wrong size/item ordered will not be accepted.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible and under different light shades (if necessary), but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition received and is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery. Depends on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Accidents do happen during the handling of postage/courier and we only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond simple fixing that can be done at the recipient's end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will communicate with you the details to post the item back to us. If the exact item is unavailable, you may choose to exchange for another product of the same value or opt for a refund.


To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Do send us an email at and we will communicate with you the details to post the item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over back to us, we strongly encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
