Do expect delays during sale seasons & festive periods.
In the event that a re-delivery is required (due to a wrong address provided, failure to collect the parcel after notification, etc..), the customer will have to bear the courier charges for the parcel to be re-delivered.
Singapore
Courier is at a flat rate of $4. A tracking ID will be notified.
Shipping is free within Singapore, for purchases above $100. No promo code required.
Local delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after tracking ID has been notified.
Contact us if you may require urgent delivery. Express courier charges apply.
Malaysia & Brunei
Postage is at a flat rate of $12.
Postage/delivery may take up to 2 to 4 weeks (estimated).
International Shipping
Delivery timeline depends on courier and country of destination.
A Registered Service number will be notified to you for tracking of the parcel movement.
Duties, taxes, customs and import fees may vary and we are unable to advise if there will be any further amount to be paid once the order reaches to your country.
Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand)
A flat rate of $30 for shipping.
Australia, Japan, New Zealand & Rest of the world
A flat rate of $40 for shipping.
