Delivery & Timelines Policy

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch 

All orders are processed and dispatched within the selected timeline upon checkout and the date of successful payment, unless otherwise stated. Delays are to be expected during sale seasons, festive periods and public holidays.

Estimated delivery durations (post-dispatch) are as follows: 

Singapore (Normal Delivery):

• $4 • Estimated delivery within 7–10 working days

• $6 • Estimated delivery within 5–8 working days

• $8 • Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days

• $12 • Express delivery within 1–2 working days

• Free Shipping on orders above $150


Singapore (Fragile Item Delivery):

Applicable to the entire order if any item is classified as fragile.

Due to size and handling requirements:

• $8 – Estimated delivery within 6–10 working days

• $12 – Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days

• $15 – Express delivery within 1–2 working days

• Free Shipping on orders above $300

If your order is time-sensitive, please indicate this at checkout or contact us within 12 hours of successful payment.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to errors, mishandling, or service disruptions beyond our control.

International Shipping:

Delivery timelines vary depending on the courier service and destination country.

  1. Expedited Orders 

Eligibility and Request Procedure

Customers who require expedited processing must notify Yajnaseni before making payment.

  • For orders placed through the official website, customers may indicate their expedited request in the checkout section before completing the transaction. 

  • For orders placed via Instagram or WhatsApp, customers ought to send a direct message to Yajnaseni to request expedited service before making payment. 

All requests for expedited orders are subject to additional charges and availability. 

  1. Post-Payment Expedited Request

In the event a customer fails to indicate the need for expedited proceedings before payment: 

  • Customer needs to contact Yajnaseni within 2 hours of successful payment to request expedited service. 

  • Acceptance of the request will be subject to order eligibility and operational capacity.

  • Additional fees will apply for expedited handling and/or express courier services. 

  1. Standard Dispatch

Orders that do not meet the conditions for expedited processing will follow the standard timeline of 7 - 10 calendar days. 

  1. Shipping Charges

For deliveries within Singapore:

  • A tracking ID will be provided, customers are to select their preferred courier timeline at our checkout. Refer to Sections 2, 3, and 4 of the policy for further details on expedited orders. 

  • For purchases above SGD 150, customers are entitled to free deliveries and will follow the ‘Standard Dispatch’, Section 4. 

  • Any amendment, changes, or expediting of deliveries for purchases above SGD 150, additional charges apply.

International Shipping

Delivery timeline depends on the courier and the country of destination. A registered tracking number by the respective courier service will be provided for tracking the movement of your parcel.

Shipping Charges: 

For deliveries to Malaysia & Brunei: 

  • Courier is a flat rate of SGD 10;

  • Free shipping is applicable for orders above $300 to Malaysia only.

  • A tracking ID will be provided.

  • Postage/delivery ought to take up to 2 - 4 weeks (estimated); and

  • Delivery timeline depends on the courier and the country of destination. 

For deliveries to Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & NZ), a flat rate of SGD 25. 

For deliveries to Australia, Japan, New Zealand & Rest of the world, a flat rate of SGD 35.

(Duties, taxes, customs, and import fees may vary, and we are unable to advise if there will be any further amount to be paid once the order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. YAJNASENI is not liable for any additional charges imposed by destination countries.)

  1. Self-Collect Option

Customers have the option to self-collect at our Boutique, provided: 

  • Full payment has been made to establish confirmation of the order.

  • The order had been processed, and 

  • Reservations will not be held for orders without full payment.


  1. General Disclaimer & Discretionary Clause 

YAJNASENI reserves the right to review and make decisions on a case-by-case basis for any situations not expressly covered in this policy. We also reserve the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, or refund request at our sole discretion, even if it otherwise meets the stated eligibility criteria. 

This policy is subject to amendment without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
